    Default Metal Halide bulb

Hey up all I'm looking for a bit of guidance

Gorilla glue auto Seed sprouted from the mud 10 days ago and put it under a hps bulb at 3 foot above and then I realised it was not a dual spectrum so I ordered a MH bulb which has been above for four days but the seedling has done bugger all since I swapped over apart from the leaves have gone hard to the touch.
I'm pretty sure she is knackered now Click image for larger version.

Both hps and mh bulbs are 400w vivosun
My question is could it be swapping over has killed it
And should the MH glow bright white?
Steady temps at 26 and seedling is under a dome for humidity
Just wanna try to get it right before I pop some new seeds
    All your thoughts welcome
    Atb

Cheers joker new seeds turn up in a few days so just seeing what this one does until they do and as for the glow I ain't seeing any blue at all (unless me eyes are fooked)
And with my last setup of sunmaster dual spec bulbs 18 inch starting off the buggers were flying so would you say with Mh 3 foot is a good height for seedlings
It's just with these leaves going rock solid I worry ????
    Cheers fella

Total waste of electricity running either hps or halide for little seedlings mate, try get a propagation light if you can or a 125w CFL. When they are a few inches tall with decent root mass on them is when they should be put under high intensity lighting, it's just too powerful when they are little

Looks overwatered a tad tbh .

3' above is quite high tho for a 400 . Bring it down to 20" .and see

Heck i had my White Crack seedlings under a 600hps dual spec at 18" and they loved it .

My 2 p your seedling aint rootinbg much because she is over loaded with light and also maybe its a bit dry in the groom, make a humidity dome out of the bottom of a 2 ltr coke bottle. dont water too much and i bet she will start rooting in days

Cheers all it's a GG auto I found in the back of my cupboard that I grew a few from last year so the clock is allready running out for her as the other GG went from seed to harvest in 70 days and they allready had loads of nodes by now

That's what has perplexed me a bit because Ive had the light high up to promote a bit of stretch and Allways have my seedlings under domes with very little watering and humidity at 70 and its still hardened off
Never had a problem before but its first time I'm using separate bulbs for the cycles
Hopefully I get a bit more luck with the fruit auto
    Cheers all

Yes but mate, you had the tiniest bit of wet in the groom, ie the bit on the plant. with big lights burning. its gonna get dry. rooting needs ideally high humidity
