    Hi all,

I have been a reader of the site for ages and have decided to finally join.

I have plenty of experience growing but sick plants is my weakness.

I use Old Timers organic feed and Gold Label soil (my preferred combo for years)
    I'm in a 1m x 1m x 2m tent
Temp are between 18 (Night) and 29 (Day)
Humidity is between 45 and 57
    2 X 280W LED lights
Air intake from outside, I only use rain water

Can anyone confirm what is causing this.......

While Trex is getting sorted ill ask which old timers feed? Is that grow and the bloom? As I use just the bloom and where 18 months ago just the bloom was fine but now it's a bit lacking in nitrogen it seems and I have to add some with the bloom later on in flower, a low amount every second watering
How many mils per litre do you add
And have you Allways used rain water before will no ill effect until now?

    Thank you both for replying

They are currently on 1ml grow, 3ml bloom and 2ml PK per litre.
I dont have a PH tester to try but that would be ok if thats what you suggest? Always believed that soil would PH itself and assumed that Peat would be the same?

I have always added 1ml of grow throughout the entire grow almost due to the exact same problem with a lack of nitro

I have always used rain water and I have always had an issue but some of my girls dont show these symptoms so I ruled out an issue with the water

so 2ml per litre PK is effectively an over dose. I would suggest flushing the pot followed by a standard feed of bloom.

I tried using pk 4-8 in every feed at high dose thinking it was organic so wouldn't do any harm but my auto's leaves started to look similar so I dropped it to every other at lower dose and try to get a water only in between
Have you ever used tap water that's stood for a day?
    Some good beneficials in it

Not a problem mate.....is it canna pk 13/14 you used? I tend to ramp up over a ten day period. Max being 1.5 ml / pl /// day 1= 0.75 ml/pl
for 3 days, then 1 ml / pl 3 days then depending how plants look i may keep it at 1 ml/pl or up it to 1.5 ml / pl for 3-4 days...you're plant will look pissed off and the bud leaves will go twisted.

I have had an oddity this grow where my bud leaves looked massively over fed even after flushing and low re feeding. no more than 0.8 ec and they carried on making fucked up leaves, however they have also made some pretty big sticky stinkin stonkin honkin donkin great smelly bastad buds, so i cant moan lol

That gold label is strong stuff maybe you could be overfeeding but hard to know without doing the grow from the start.

Another thing I could say is lower your day temps and increase your night temps, max 5c difference to stop stretch and things.

What’s the temp of your feed when your plants get fed?
