Advice needed please !!

Get us A light off picture. They look ok to me, but can't see anything wrong that you might see with those led's on.

Lights just went out so used flash I'll put a pick up with natural light in the morning but they look healthy just wondered if I should take some of the fan leaves away

I'll grab so. E photos of them in natural light now but does anyone know why this is happening to a couple of the tops on the leaves??

As long as they are green, I would leave them on the Plant. JMO

I can't tell anything from your pictures, they don't look brown to me, just a nice shade of green. Only thing I could think of would be maybe they need some N. JMO
