    You don't need to ph the flushing solution as you only need to ph for nutrient uptake. Give me a little more time and I'll get back to you

    Yeah to flush it out normal tap water or corporation pop . Keep measuring your ec . I imagine you will have to do this a few times before it stay the same as your tap water ec

    If you're using the tub in the very first picture . I'd simply lift it out take everything to the shower. Wash the roots with tepid warm water straight from the shower then put a tiny small drop of bleach in the tub while ya plant is draining in the sink and fill the tub up with warm water and scrub . Rinse and repeat and then put plant back in the tub and fill with plain old tap water. Leaving the plant like this over night. Do you have any form of root stimulant

    Slowly introduce the food back into your res . I'd start at 0.2 ec above your base . Keep checking the ec daily if it's dropping regular just nudge it by 0.1 daily until it stay stable and I wouldn't go above 0.8 past your base ec
