Default Answered: Carbon Filter with tent semi open

    Hey talkers

    Im using a Prima Klima 6" 670CFM Carbon Filter with a Hon&Guan HDD-150P (410-530 m3\h) in a 100x100x180cm tent.

If the tent's door is partially open (A\C unit is 2.5 meters away from tent's door), would smell filtering still be effective? or the only way is to attach a long hose from the A\C unit to inside the tent?

    Thanks guys

Opening the door means smell will escape...

Oy... finally. I knew I knew it

Ducting it is indeed. SO what I plan on doing is like mid-march maybe even early april I will install the cooltube and run a 10" ducting from the A\C unit (10" should fit perfect) to inside the tent. this will 100% keep temps down even at minimal distance from bulb and ofcourse solve the stinky problem

Accustic ducting used for intake ...and extraction keeps noise levels down..as for cool tubes...i dont rate them ..once i used in s groom but still needed portsble aircon for summer..what size is your intake of fresh air my friend if your extraction is 10in ? And what size fans are you using ?? Gramps ..
