This is not good, I suggest you get some good air flow and reinvaginate the missus ASAP, otherwise I’ll get a organic spray sent over to help fix the problem

    10.2! Impressive!!!

Keto and dry fasting helped me A LOT. Would love to do those ring and bar tricks, but can't say age is on my side.

I do not eat processed .. if I have not cooked it - cannot eat it! Will eat out with inspection - welfare and source is very important to me - fortuantely ok with friends - as they share my ethos!

Edit : reverse levers are a great place to start at any age.. I am mid 40s. YouTube will show the steps. So much more fun than lifting weights and way better for core :-)

The gym I used to go to shut down about three months ago and I decided to start exercising at home instead of looking for a new one. I usually start with 15-20 minute run to warm up, then I get into push-ups, pull-ups, squats, etc. And then my main thing - boxing back (10-12 rounds, 2 minutes each)...

You guys are crazy! Gym sounds like a nightmare to me, although I am interested in this calisthenics you are doing. Would you recommend a dvd/youtube channel? Here is my exercise, much more interesting than watching myself in a mirror! and then my reward <3Click image for larger version.

Not today so doesn't really count, was yesterday.

    6 sets of bench
    40kg for 2 & 50kg for 2
    Incline bench 2 at 40kg

    Lateral pull down
    1 set at 40kg, 2 at 50 kg

    Tricep pull down
    3 sets of 35 kg
    1 handed tricep pull downs
1 set on each arm at 12.5kg

And a little bit of machine work on the way out of the gym, as you have to walk past it all anyway haha

    You still doing calisthenics?

I just finished a book last night called Complete Calisthenics and I'm making a program to start once I can use the Calisthenics gym on the beach here.

I smoke 10-15 joints a day, matched with coffees, about 1oz a wk ish, I have a decent hardtail in the garage I've used once, I do no walks, no rides or runs, no weights or lifting or cardio of any kind, only this week after many years have I started eating regular, home cooked meals, topless I look like an extra in the concentration camp scene from Band of brothers , last weighed I'd lost nearly a stone and gone down to 11'6, still 6ft tall, just, I daren't put a new battery in the scales. I've appreciated reading this cuz it makes me realise at nrly 37, I need to pull my head out my arse big time
