    It's great stuff innit. Don't do any cardio don't need to. And defo gained size in my back without even trying so it's a winner. Currently at around 7 seconds flags and 6 muscle ups. I find it a bit more enjoyable and challenging than just lifting weights so to speak. I started of using bands for most things give them a go for the muscle ups. You can learn your technique a bit easier.

    I’m doing insanity for something new atm, it’s intense but good
    I normally do kettlebells and gym every other day alternating, love callisthenics frank medranos got a couple good new workouts out!

    Tapa is a plugin for here. It's one of those few times I can actually say, truthfully, that it is a tapatalk issue.....

    I am following Frank on YouTube and trying to incorporate his training.

    He is next level! I have a new coach lined up - so hopefully can break the deadlock I have!

    I think my dislike of weights is inhibiting me. Pike to handstand is too hit and miss .. fine if I start with legs at 45. No hope from pike.

    I hip raise on bars daily to back horizontal - 50 reps. I use that alternating x 10 with ring planks.

    I love insanity ... alas not for now - damn arthroscopy fail.

    My main thing is I train daily lol I have no routine whatsoever but I’ll train every day regardless what it is,I do 300 push ups every morning religiously.
    My main thing is to keep the weed jars full,eat well feel the positive energy and leave the damn alcohol alone and life will be bless
