Did you add dolomite lime to the promix. Haven't seen the brand you posted or are you using pH pen (hydro). Thinking like dweller on the overwatering. Try the pot lifting see if it helps

Are you USA or Canada? It says USA contains starting fertilizer and Canada contains slow release fertilizer.

To young to be in that medium. EWC only till 5th to 6th node. It will slowly start looking better the older it gets. Just give it time

I agree with flyboy. Just stick with plain water and give it time. They should recover as long as you avoid overwatering. In the future I would avoid soil with slow release fertilizer. Takes the controll out of your hands and starts them out too hot.

I have never tried ocean forest. I have done well with happy frog. I have heard that both are good.

Not all the way in my experience. I use Jack's 10.30.20 at a 1/4 tsp per gallon water with one cup happy frog fruit and flower dry in 3 gallon soil till harvest.

After 30 days your plant should have used the nutrients in the soil in a 3 gallon pot. But you can give some nutrients along the way
