    Default Watering times

Anyone else find it a bit of a pain lol . I wish all my plants just needed watering at the same time. Have just dimmed my lights down to 250w to keep things more cool. Want the plants to need watering when lights come on but seems a few are still bit to heavy. Thing is few hours into lights on and they could probably take a watering. I'm just trying to delay that so can get them all closer to the needing a watering when lights first come on.

I think (in my opinion) you should have no problem at all with delaying the watering until a time that suits your schedule..I always say, even if the soil looks dry on top, doesn't mean they need watering and if they are heavy as you say before lights on then a couple of hours later they look dry, it's most likely the top of the soil only that has dried and there is still moisture down where the roots are.

As long as they are not excessively dry, just delay the watering until it meets a suitable time for you mate.

I do exactly what ICE has said. I only get time to check on my girls once a night. If they feel like there not quite ready for watering but maybe ready in 6hr il just leave them until the next day.
