Default New grower, are my girls healthy? Paranoia lol.

Hi all, my names Jack and this is my first ever grow.
Il start off by giving a brief description of what iv done so far.

So I started my seeds off in jiffy pellets in a germination pod with humidity at 90% and temp 20-22 Celsius. 3 days and all 6 had popped out the top (these are feminised OG KUSH).

I left them in the pod for about a week and then transplanted straight into the 6l pots in coco. I realise I should of gone into a smaller pot first but every day is a learning day i suppose. And at this point they went into the tent with my hps bulb on 400w setting.

They got off to a bit of a slow start but after a week under the light and just feeding water iv now turned the light up to 600w and started with the nutes. The nutes have been going for a week now and they have really boomed since then, if had some slight curling on the tips of the first set of big leaves and I think I was over watering before I started the nutes but iv slowed the water down now and to me they are looking well. But its constantly on my mind lol and I'm just after some people with more knowledge than me to give their opinions/advice. Hopefully the pics have attached.

    Thanks
    Jack

They look healthy enough Jack...assuming they are green, that is, hard to tell with lights on...you may want to go back to 400w for a bit though...600 is a bit much for them at this age, may explain why you have a bit of leaf curling

Aa that's good to hear, yes they are definitely green Haha il take some more pics as a reference. The newer leaves in the middle are a darker green than any others but this is since the nutes started, they look better in my opinion il try get some pics.
    Thank you

She looks ok Jack, but not a good healthy green......

What are you feeding her? How much, how often? Whats you PH and EC of the feed?

    Oh
Iv been feeding coco hornet a and b 5ml of each into 5l of water mix. Then a cup full on each plant just in the middle until they get a bit bigger.
This is every 2 days at the minute which is when the top starts to look dry on the coco.
So far if done 3 feeds of nutes and the next one is going to be water only.

My PH has always been between 5.5 and 6.2, I try to vary it from closer to the 5.5 and then closer to the 6.2 as I read that this helps the plant absorb different parts of the nutes?
I haven't been measuring the EC, should I buy the tester and start?
    Thank you

Oh and iv got a spray bottle to give the top of the plants a mist and around the edge which is helping me keep my RH up, I'm struggling to get above 40%

When would you recommend changing to 600w? Iv had to bring it down to 400 anyway at the minute as were getting some hot weather and it's making my tent peak at 35 Celsius ????
