Default When is the best time to transplant your newly rooted clones?

Clones have just started to show roots and am wondering when is the best time to transplant them into bigger pots? And also what size pots to put them in? Thanks

What size container are they in rn? Are the roots showing out the bottom of said container? If so, by how much?

Don't worry about the yellowing man, clones freak out and always look half dead for awhile.

If your roots are already showing out the bottom off the jiffy pellet to that extent, then I would say it's a safe time to transplant. I'd go out and get a 6-8 inch pot, ~1-2 gallons and transplant your clone into that.

so you really think they will be ok ? it was only two of the lowest fan leaves that got yellow the rest above are still green and have been transplanted in slightly bigger pots today? They just havent seemed to grow much besides the roots which have grown quite a bit to the point of getting root bound hence why i transplanted them today. Also they are in coco, should i give them any nutes to get growing and to get better color?

100% man. It actually sounds like your clones are doing quite well, oftentimes the plant starts to yellow before the roots emerge. So the fact that they've only just begun to yellow is a very good sign.

As for nutrients, if you have a mild root stim, I'd add that at half the recommended strength. Otherwise just ph to 5.8 to 6.1. Don't feed it too much until it's been in the new pot for close to a week. After that point, start feeding your plant no more than 500PPM of food, aim for 300PPM if possible. But for now, no nutes my dude. Any other questions?
