Looks like preflower in veg

Hey everyone, looking around my tent today after starting training a few days ago and I’ve noticed there is one stem with like 3 or 4 leaves all bunching up almost like a preflower... anyone know why this is?

It looks like stipules to me...

Is it? Thank god. I thought it was a load of leaves bunching up and was slightly concerned seeing as with the training I can’t really see any vertical growth when I’m spreading it around. So nothing I need to do right? Just a natural thing?

This is the trouble with single shot close ups... I have rotated that in my mind so that is a growing tip?

Sorry mate can get some more photos but it’s so small I have to try zoom in without losing quality and it’s the only stem doing this the others seem to be growing out naturally and having maybe half inch spacing between nodes.
But yea mate it’s a growing tip, still in early veg only at 3 weeks into veg. She’s had a problem with some kind of lockout/deficiency but that seems to be sorting out now I’ve flushed her through.... could this be an after affect? I did think it was a zinc deficiency and one of the symptoms of it that I read are leaves bunching up
