Help Leaves Going Yellow With Brown Spots

My plants are in week four from seed.They are in a coco pebble mix and on vitalink nutes and under 2x125w cfls.The leaves on them are turning yellow and have developed brown spots which started off in the middles of the leaves and now edges any help would be great dont wanna lose my babies thanks topbud82

I have no ec meter but have fed twice with less than half nutes and my ph is 6.The room temp is 75 degrees with good air flow.

looks like they are starving hungry mate,
save up and get your self a good EC meter you wont regret it when you grow in Coco, you will have a better idea of how much nutes your feeding them
