hi guys, i keep going through timers like there's no tomorrow i tried the cheap to the very expensive.but they keep f#@king up usually they turn on for a few days but then get stuck on and wont turn of so i gone back to doing it manuley.has anyone any idea why this keeps happening to me i'm using 600watt hps lights so any advice would be fantastic,cheers guys n happy smoking

Have a look at getting a contactor, a contactor will reduce the current flowing through the timer contacts something like this:-
