Default Just come into second week flower, need some advice..

Hello growers, got a few blue cheese.. let me just give you a quick run down of how they started out up till now..

    Got from clones,
Fed with light feed, ph'd at 6-6.5 for first two weeks..
Put them in final pots, gave non ph'd water with no feed for the next 3 weeks until they hit the sides and started growth again..
Waited until they were 2 foot, flipped them too flower..
First week I gave a feeding of bloom feed/silicon with ph'd water..
Start of second week I notice clawing of the leafs and the plants dark green, so i'm thinking shit they've got N toxicity..
So the next feed I just give PH'd water, to try and "flush" them..

Not sure why they have the toxicity, my one reasoning maybe is the soil was still holding some nutes in when I gave it bloom feed and they over fed on it?
I didnt over feed them on N while they were in veg, because they didnt get alot as I usually just give them water while vegging, then feed when they start flower..

Main thing bugging me is the SLOW growth.. they haven't got much bigger from when I flipped, maybe this is because of the N toxicity.. BUT will they grow out of this? Or are they just going to be slow growth all the way through. I don't have any pictures because they are not close to me.

Sorry for the messed up thread, basically I just want to know if the growth will start to pick up once the Nitrogen Toxicity is sorted.. Kinda pissed off that they have grown so slow to be honest, it's not the first time this has happened to me with blue cheese.
