    Default Constitutional arguments to stop cannabis prohibition.

    This is about the US Constitution, of course and laws. Could you all help me with ideas. Perhaps I'll forward the best ideas to a hungry constitutional lawyer in the ACLU. I'll start.

    If it's legal for some, it should be legal, or decriminalized until it might as well be legal, for all. As we are all equal in the eyes of the law.

    I know zilch about American law... but, one point that I heard from an advocate here is that the LEO would metaphorically have egg on their faces if the suits back tracked. The system needs a GENERATION of locked up people that got nicked for weed, to die off, so the suits won't have to worry about compensations and such like. Hence all the tactics that we see.
