Kbag has a valid point about calibration! But my well water does see these fluctuations based on water usage in my home and environmental conditions.

I keep my ec low when the plants are small and establishing a root system, then once the roots are established, you will see a major change in the plants growth rate, at this time i bump the numbers up as the plant will require the nutrition thru the spurt, to low and you just get slower growth.
Too many people are tempted to overfeed the plant trying to get this growth spurt, but you must wait patiently for it and react when it comes.
