It's the habitual smoking times I get cravings like waking up n after eating but a think that's more the habit than the addiction if that makes any sense

Total sense, 80% of addiction is habit, take gambling ect, physical addiction is far easier to deal with man. Ive gone cold turkey from opiods twice and smoking is by far the hardest one brother.. Fact!!!!
