    Default Cal-Mag or something else

    Hi

Having a little trouble with Hubbabubbasmelloscope. 40 days old

    Growing in coco. Drip fed.

    EC 0.8. Ph 6.2.

I have given her a 20l flush with pHd RO water.

The leaves are pointing up and have brown specs which I initially thought was wind burn and then Cal-Mag deficiency. Now I wonder if it could be heat stress being so tall?

    Hi Bud Lightyear

Yes, it is a run to waste system.

Yes I use RO brought up to 0.35EC with cal-mag.

Looks a bit overfed to me...I see in your diary you have flushed and dropped the Ec thats a good move so monitor it over the next few days see how she goes...You could up the cal-mag a tad bringing your base RO up to 0.4~0.5 just to make sure your covered in that respect...I can't advise on the lamps i've never used them but I believe they are quite intense and should at around 18 inches from canopy...Hopefully someone with more experience with these lights will chime in...

    Regards BL

    Hi Bud

    Many thanks for your reply.

I suspect it may be heat / light damage - as HBBS was 4" away from the QBs!!!!

Certainly a lesson learnt in reading the strain guide! 1.6m tent is no way big enough for this girl!
