No mate you shouldn't need to ride it out, if we can help we can.
For a start, from my experience I wouldn't reccomend using a b&q soil, it doesn't have the right nutes in for a grow (from what I have heard) I know it's too late for you now but just a heads up for next time!
So on that, are you giving them any nutes at all now?

Just taken them off mate as leaves have started to touch the sides. That’s normally my call to take domes off

Can I ask why you have domes over them?

Seen a few people using it in their diaries so though it was a good option haha. Will definitely be changing soil after this grow,
Only gave them that 1 feed as suggested by bud lightyear 4 days ago. Up until then and since then only water, as for my knowledge soil usually has enough nutrients for 3/4 weeks?

The humidity in the tent without the domes is wayyy to low, Around 30%. My humidifier blew up on me when I plugged it in at the start of the grow so this was all I had to hand

Yeah from what iv learnt, soil such as batmix or plant magic has the right nutes in for a cannabis grow any others I wouldn't be so sure about. Not sure if you have seen my diary but iv just done my very first grow of 8 zkittlez plants and iv getting a pretty decent yield from it, alot of other very experienced growers on here have even commented how well iv done which is an absolute buzz to me. And I swear it's down to the medium I used, reccomend by G, it was half batmix, half plant magic plus with perlite and charge. I didn't need to use any nutes at all until about 5 weeks before I chopped. I know this doesn't help now but my advice would be that they look burnt to me from water splash on the leaves and a little high temp and humidity

Verve Multipurpose Compost always was a cheap, effective medium for cannabis... that said, I've been in coco the last few years... has B&Q compost changed?

The nutrients in the soil is too much for the plants at this moment in time
