    Default PH DOWN Making Ec rise?

    Hi, iv had problem with my ec, normaly i add my canna A&B check Ec then check/lower/check ph. For some resion i rechecked ec and was like 5000+? Do i have bad ph down? Was only a few drops

    It raised your EC to 5,000? I don't think so, EC pens do not read that high!

    The minimal amount of PH up or Down that I need to get my feed to 5.8-6.2 PH has never changed my EC.

    Could be a TDS(ppm) meter he using . Or his ph meter readin 5.00 wich would make sense as hes using ph down .

    I got a top notch one . Reads to 20e.c for labs and chemists . Thats the highest that goes
