Default Hi guys - not sure what I am doing wrong? Can you help?

Hi from England everyone. I am having trouble in keeping my plants healthy, hence I was looking to move to a small SOG with 4/6 plants on the logic that the shorter the grow time the less opportunity for me to mess it up! I am doing a trial and am attaching three pictures of a young plant that I switched to 12/12 a couple of weeks ago. It is a 1m x 1m x 2m grow tent with a compost/perlite mix with a 600w HPS lamp. Panel heater in tent but not set to tropical temperature. Small clip fan. No extractor fan - but have one coming in the next week. I haven't fed the plant and (I think) haven't overwatered it, but happy to be proved wrong. Any help much appreciated and have a nice day everyone!

Pics with lights off will show so much more.... that said, the first pic looks overfed?

Whilst you are getting some better pics, could you fill this in too?

I tend to agree with Gaz but I'd need to know what soil/compost you are using...

I am using 75% compost, 25% perlite. In a root riot cube. No feed at all.
