Getting smell into buds

Been curing my last grow for over a month now and still no smell from one of the plants buds. There wasn't much of a smell off the plant over the whole grow. Has anyone tried putting a lemon slice in there jar to give it a smell does it actually work? It's a good smoke and nice stone but no smell and taste let's it down.

Not done it myself but iv herd of folk putting in orange peal and lemon but couldn’t tell you if it works

Thanks guys! I was just about to put a lemon slice in and leave it over night Lemon peel and an orange peel into the other one it is. Is overnight enough or would it need longer than that? Al let you know how I get on

On a serious note, what are you curing it in? I had some dodgy kilners a while back, they wasnt air tight. Whack some clingfilm over the top of the jar and see what happens in a couple of days mate.

There in glass jars iron-man mate! they all already have cling film over them as I suspected that was the problem. The other 2 plants from the grow smell and taste amazing so the bud must be curing right. The whole grow that plant never really had a smell musta been a dodgy pheno or something

I'm off to work again tommorow morning for 2 weeks Al have to try it over night and maybe try it ahain for a couple nights if need be when Im back again mate
