The aroma terpenes/terpenoids should develop during the plants flowering cycle...If your not getting that dank aromatic weed smell then something is off in the way you are growing it...It could be down to light, nutes, environment ect or could be just strain related...

Keep an eye out on the moisture content with the buds Aegon, a lot of people use orange peel skins and lemon peel skins to put moisture back into the buds when they get too dry

I have had the same issue on my last grow dude. One plant just doesn't smell of anything the other smells amazing. I might try this too.

I had some dry Mexican schwag about 25 years ago that I ruined with an orange peel. Never tried that again.

I would have thought that it was just the rind, i.e the orangey bit or the yellow bit of the peel? Wouldn't the white bit introduce too much moisture, or worse, absorb what ever little smell there is of the buds?
