    Default switching from veg to flower

    iv read somewhere that its best to give the plants 24 hours of dark before switching to 12 12 has anyone got any opinions on the matter i didnt do it but was wondering if there are any benifits of the 24 hours dark period thanks in advance

    Some give 48 hour dark before 12-12 so the plant knows its light cycle has changed for sure if you know what i mean
