feeding????

I have been trying to find out how often and at what strengths to feed a 3 foot white widow duriong flower I have bought some canna tera nute but the canna terra feed calculator says to feed at 50mls/10 litre every time I water

the guy at my hydro shop just said be carefull these nutes are strong but was otherwise quite vague

the cannabis grow bible says feed at less than half strength about every 2 weeks
so I haven't got a fucking clue and also does the amount of light you are throwing at it (1000 watts)make a difference cos surely more light generaly means more growth which surely means more food. I really don't want to fuck this up but who do I beleive??? any advice v welcome

5mm a litre so , try half strength an see does she like it .
Feed her twice to every three day's watering . feed feed water
Increse the doseage if no side effect's , she is big tho an might like full strength . Less can be more with feed i find .
1000W , the heat can dry your medium out quick

Yeah they are monsters huh if you fill them to the brim they hold 32 litres of medium
Anyway I have tried quarter strength (25mls/20 litres)
I have fed both of the last two times watered
(over about 5-6 days and again tonight I think )
because I have fed twice now should I leave it tonight and just water or do you think I could feed again as there have been no side effects?

(I say no side effects but the fan leaves bottom and to just above the middle are turning yellow then crisping up but from the looks of diaries and such that I have read that is to be expected about this time and they were doing that before I fed and the process doesn't seem to have sped up any)
