hi all little help please

im going to use fluorescent lights 20w each
how meny do i need for 3 plants ?
can i use these for a long veg may be 8 or more weeks ?

u be better of buying 200watt cfl bulb £45 mate blue spectrum for veg red spectrum for flower really cheap to run and they dont get very hot so can be placed close to top of plants hope this helps mate
