no mate thats mollases SUGAR from the first (most likely)as it says unrefined or the second run and blackstrap is a health food it dosnt have hardly any sugar left and is definately refined.

sorry i know you must be losing patience with this and i must seem dum but i really dont know where to go on this.

meridian is the stuff proper blackstrap plus thats fuckin cheap i think i will be buying some from that site .

if you do get some mix a teaspoon with 5 litres of water and shake it till its fully dissolved then add your normal nutes and water every second feed time with it from as soon as the buds appear it gives the plant a bit more energy and helps them grow more.
half of advanced nutrints range has it in them and they add a few other chemicals so they can say its something else other than molasses and slap it in a bottle and charge you £10-15 .just open a bottle of liquid big bud and smell it and youl see what i mean.

probs does work but im of the opinon that if your going to do it do it right! with the best ingredients/equipment or whatever .
that way your are more likely to have less problems and a better results no matter what your doing

Fancy and Black Strap work hand in Hand Fancy is the 2nd Stage, Black is the 3rd. Cain juice is the first.

2nd and 3rd work wonders, I have not seen a difference in performance, and in actuallity the Fancy has more Iron, and more Potassium them the blackstrap. Having more sugar will not cause problems if your not over watering. The extra sugar is immediatly absorbed by the plant and used for fruit production.

Either one will be fine
