    Default Tiny black flying bugs!!

Hi Lads, went to check on my week old seedlings last night and noticed a couple of tiny black bugs on one of the pots so i killed them i thought i'd check the plants over and found afew more inbetween the leafs and steam of the biggest seedling!!

I managed to kill most of them but one curled its tail up and them flew off! anyway just check them today and theres quite afew more of the little bastards

Are these Gnats?? if so what can i do to kill them please?

    Any info welcome.
