1st time grow and need general help on everythink

hiya all this will b my 1st atempt to try and pull of my own grow just need a hand if any1s willing to give me 1,
was just wonderin if any1 could write me up a neutriants char for doin big buddhas blue cheese or even just help me on basic neutriants , general knowledge, room tempreture, lighting time, veg and flowering stages , and anythink else there is to no. thanks
