increase humidity?

whats the best way to improve humidity in my grow tent? i am looking for a cheap/free way to do this!!! thanks, tom

EDIT: Ok then... Damp towel hanging in front/near of your intake, Or a bowl of water.. Even dip the towel into the water so its like a wick..

Its obviousley for veg isnt it? Spray them with a mister a few times a day?

Yep forgot to mention, a drip of water on a hot hps bulb will cause it to pop...!

im using cfl's and im 2 weeks into flower. the reason i think its not humid enough is that the leaves are looking a little dry and curling under themselves. they are not overwatered as i only water them when the soil is dryed out and not overwatered as they suck the water up the same as they always have done. any other suggestions would be a great help. thanks
