Default Drying buds upright rather than upside down?

Had anybody tried this method of drying?

I have a contact who grows cheese and he once told me that he dries his bud upright as this is quicker and more rewarding.. anybody know if this is true?

    Thanks, $teve

If you hang the main cola upside down, some of the resin will slowly shift to the bottom (which is actully the top), making it the most potent smoke...... (at least that is what they claim when they dry the shit they grow in Egypt)

Thanks for the reply mate, My friend says he puts the end of the branch into like styrofoam stuff so it is facing upwards and the buds open up (like a flower blossoming)
I can understand the logic here, but just thought I'd run it past you guys to see if anyone has tried.. thanks !

My thoughts on it is that hanging it upside down(regular stile) makes the raising go to the top + making the buds more compact and if one would hang them upright then the buds will be a little less potent and more fluffy as they open up more. Its just my thoughts about it as I haven't had them upright before but I will def try it with this grow when its done to see if there is any difference.

Not for these plant's yet but you can find pictures of them in the Bonsai diary in my signature. When I have them in the place I'm making then I will post up a proper diary for them as I'm also thinking about doing a scrog.

Think that's like a weed old wives tale , the resin is like thick oil kindof and it would need to be at high temps to be able to move/run to the buds which would speed dry and ruin ur weed. and the reason u hang it upside down is that the branches are pointing down , giving u something to hang the plant with also letting the air evenly flow through the plant thus drying it evenly.
