canna boost

hi new to this but read mollasses is the same as canna boost could anyone tell me how much to use?

Dissolve 1 spoon full of molasses in a cup of hot water then mix a spoon full of that with a litre of water I think.

cheers pal do you know if it works the same as i dnt want to mess up my next grow?

I think so but from what I have read lately its harder to give nute burn with molasses so start off with a low dose then build it up.
