should i plant my plants in pots outside or in the ground?
also how will rain affect my plants?

If you can plant them in the ground the roots won't be restricted like they would in pots so you'll probably end up with bigger plants as long as the soil they're in isn't really crap. Once they're established the rain won't bother them.
