Hey Guys

Lets get burns unbanned I can understand he has done wrong. But come on it was set up because our chat system has been chaotic to say the least,
This was born out of frustration, not an intent to steal members away from THC.
Surely a warning is sufficient under these circumstances.

From what I've heard dude, not only has he been posting in chat trying to get members to join this other little site but also sending PM's on here also trying to get members to go over there. So a ban is in order i think.

For what its worth. I got a pm to join that site not that I bothered though, its bad enough keeping up to date on one forum let alone two.

Come on Guys ive had numerous request for that and other forums its what goes on.
All im saying is that it was THC chat going down that led to the problem occurring, By not accepting that is justifying your actions.
If I give names of members on here that have suggested I join b**dbay or ro**itup then I promise you, a good few solid members will all be banned.
I aint no grass but i think we all need to take a step back and chill
I love the community of thc and really dont think such draconian actions are required.

As if the mods are gonna say... Yeah, thanks, you helped our community by showing us one of the rule breakers, but now you go too cause you're a tattle tale. lol.
Read WTL's post above, from the tone I think they would rather have grasses than rule breakers not that I am condoning either, just an observation.

It's not like Burnotice was banned for just poaching members. He was banned for repeatedly taking the piss, despite being asked politely to desist. I told him to stop, another mod did, and then yet another mod seen him at it and decided enough was enough. That's just plain rude if you ask me

i agree with icon tbh - thct chat went down and certain members made a new chat room with the best intentions i believe (and only while here was down might i add, for me anyway) and to make the point even more - members were asking about the chatroom waaaaay before it went down cos it was moved from the forum thus not all members could get in - tell the people they cant grow drugs - what do they do? same thing with the chatroom innit - not that you told us we cant chat in words but no chatroom means no chatting lol

tbh as far as i know its burn and no one else who has been poaching (not just from thct either btw - 420 too) i dont agree with it myself but what other people do with their time aint down to me.

but i think it is quite fair to say that this has all been caused by thcts chat being fucked with, 1 by the recent "taliban takeover gate" and before that by "outsiders" lurking, hence it being moved and no one being able to register - and here we are.

i think what im saying is burn posting the link on here or in pms is different to people who maybe passed the link on innocently for the sole reason to chat with internet mates they usually do everyday. like icon says mitigating circumstances.

i joined this new forum thinking it was linked to here, turns out its not i got no problem with this new forum existing i dont think members should b poached though, im sure THCtalk didnt get to where it is by poaching people, if a forum is as good as its sposed to be people will find there own way there

End of the day rules are rules. Most other sites have the same or similar rules. I bet if a few of us went over to rillutop they would ban us for advertising www.thctalk.com. It's no different over there as to what it over here. I could easily name a few good canna sites but I can't and won't because of the rules on here. It's the same when I go on their sites. I don't spam them with links or names to other canna sites. Why? Because it's their rules as well.
