    Default Does Co2 increase yield?

    Morning All,

Might be a stupid question but does Co2 actually increase flowering?

I understand its very good for growth, but Im only giving my cuttings a week or so in veg as they will be a decent size coming out of my cutting tent and im fairly limited with height.

So im just wondering if I invested in a bottled Co2 setup up would it help me at all?

    Cheers

co2 will increas your yield, using it in a small indoor grow with extraction is not easy.
you need to have everything else dialled in correctly in your grow room to see any benefit.
if you're retired or you ain't got a job and you ain't growing and smoking weed ,i don't know what the fuck you are doing!

I would say Co2 probably would increase overall yield, As growers we often overlook Co2, I mean we have the best lights, the best nutrients, but we neglect the fact, that for a plant to fully photosynthesize It needs to combine all 3.

Like Wert says, Using c02 will improve your yields (upto30% in my experience) but your Enviroment in your room/tent has to be bangon.. Spend at least £200 on a good fan/c02 controller and read a lot for good results

Thanks Mate, I have a SMS Com fan controller that works well for me, I've just added a fan heater on a thermostatic plug to sort out my lows as well, so all in all my enviroment is pretty good.

Can you recommend any Co2 controllers to go with this setup? How would it work, do the fans go off on a timer as the Co2 is pumped in? (confused!)

    Cheers

    2 x 1.2m x 0.6m x 1.6 m tents (awkward shape room!)
    1 x 6" fan pulling through a splitter and a 5" Filter in each.
    1 4" split feeding each
    1 x 400 dual hps in each
    1 x sms com controller
    2 x autopots in each.

    Cheers
