bendy stems etc

Hi Folks, I just got myself a lovely big bag of Bang Bang.
Am getting a good old dunt that's lasting approx 2hrs. The weed itself is slightly sticky and the stems are bendy rather than snapping. It hung for 7 days.

I don't really know if it should be like this. Should the stems not snap?

Anyone happy to advise feel free.

It is a nice smoke though. (wasted)

That's the thing I don't have a grinder. On Ebay trying to find one now.
At my pals house he used his grinder and it was perfect.

I've read on other threads that I could stick it in a jam jar for a few days but being honest I haven't a Scooby doo!!

Yesterday i bought weed in grass form like all cut up already. Are you supposed to take out all the little peices of stems before you smoke it?
