Flushing

How many days you should you flush for when at the end of a hydroponics grow? I got told seven days - Is that too much?

Also - do you flush constantly or time it to 15 mins out of every 2 hours?

7 days is fine still pH the water and just feed as usual routine.

It can vary depending on how heavy you've been feeding your girls there's no golden rule as such, generally 7 days is good but some growers will do a two week flush in hydro depending on thier setup and medium used. I flush for 5 days but i only ever use RO water and as my EC rarely goes above 0.8 throughout the grow so i don't need to flush for long. Only flush with plain water, never PH adjust it for a flush as all you are doing is adding crap back to the res then the plants which defeats the purpose of a flush.
