    Default Sainsburys, I curse thee!

The damn fools have gone and delivered me four bottles of spirits with the tag-top-lock thingys still on.

I've tried fire, hammer and saw already, to no avail. Anyone got any ideas?

    use the force...

You shouldn't have to take it back, it defeats the purpous of having it delivered.

    Kinda sounds like she's stealing....

As for the botched delivery, I'd call your local store, tell them you're unable to get to the shop as you're ( too old/handicapped/insert good lie here) and hope they send someone round to remover with another free bottle as an apology.
