wilma maxi jet problem or not

hi all just started growing in my 4 pot wilma with clay balls and the blue arrows in
the problem is the pump when the pump is on the water only runs down the arrows a little bit

i thought there was two jets of water coming from the top of the blue arrows instead of it running down the arrow a little is this right or wrong ?
and would a maxi jet 1000 fit into my 4 wilma setup

Yeah it only runs down the arrows mate, not jets. Don't worry, the magic happens under the surface of whatever substrate your using.

hey there i grow in a 8 pot wilma my dripper do jet a bit but some time it gets nute build up in the arrow a good clean with warm water will sort it i'm in week 7 of flower and feed 15/45min what stage u at?

im just purchested a wilma 9 pot jus wonderin wat my ec should be in veg then in bud blue lab trunchen cause first hydro

there is no set ec mate it changes as the plant grows ,you take a reading everyday and adjust accordingly.
this is only an example of a typical week in hydro ,but the pattern is the same for most plants in hydro,
monday fresh res ec 0.4
tuesday ec dropped to 0.3 reset to 0.4.reset pH
wednesday ec dropped to 0.3 again, increase to 0.5 reset pH
thursday no change ,we are in the sweet zone,still check pH
friday ec risen to 0.6 ,add water to dilute back to 0.5 reset pH
saturday ec dropped to 0.4 and so on and so on and so on,what you are trying to achieve is the ec to remain stable as the water level drops,that means the plants are in the 'sweet zone' and they grow like fook.
you'll get it mate cos it's not hard,just start off gently gently and you can't go wrong if you read the pH and ec right.good luck.
