Taking a (weed) break

I'm going to take a break for a while from smoking, I've had a lot of stress the last few weeks and when I had a joint last wednesday, my heart was just pounding like crazy...

It scared me a lot, I've been smoking daily for ages & its time to cut right back to maybe once a month or so.

I now await the sleepless nights and the f'ked up dreams..

I dont smoke it with tobacco and its no longer addictive. I didnt smoke any yesterday, just didnt feel like it.

it the baccy that makes it feel like you want weed, just have a cig instead and think about not smoking with tobacco anymore!

Yeah I know but it could be kept to one thread instead of there being a few hundred of them like now besides its not like its any mayor sacrifices, starting to think I'm the only one that actually bothers using the search function : /

And yes as you say for the once using cig's its harder, started to smoke cig when I was eight and "tried" to quite a few times at 23 but at 25 I just had a moment when I said fuck it and just grumbled the full pack I had left and throw it in the bin and that was it, now I can't even stand the tobacco smoke or go near it without coughing my lungs up.

Just tell your self that enough is enough!
