ebb and flow system made from pvc

hello all I want to make an ebb and flow just like they had set up in this tent setup called( the mortgage lifter)I like how they used pvc pipe and drilled holes thru the tops,then put their basket inside of it,so my question is how can i replucate the same thing in a smaller scale , say 10 sites instead of the 39 anything would be helpful thanks ,first time grower

ebb an flow system's are easy to set up(i've not seen the 1 you mentioned tho)
