Every season there seems to be one pussy who goes home cos he misses him mum/dad/gf/kids....get a fucking grip!!

It's looking like it could build up into a great season though, and I'll be watching as always.

On a side note, I'd also recommend downloading Coal, the program that follows TUF on Spike - that is one scary ass job, but the hillbillies doin it don't seem to mind!
Yes, as you say mate there's always one or two pussies who drop out. WTF are they there for... to fight!! Not to go crying home to mommy! - That gets my goat up BIG time!

We're getting ready to watch Coal too, but will wait for that to come on British TV as the American narrators just don't build up the same atmosphere. - The usual Scottish bloke does it FAR better!
We watched the Deadliest catch series (American version) when Phil died... ok we got to see it maybe 6 months before it came to British TV, but it wasn't a patch on 'our' version.
The Yank narrators seem to lack emotion and excitement that we get from our Scottish counterpart!

I didn't even know there was going to be a UK narrated version to be honest mate, the US guy sounds like the same bloke who does voiceover for the Magic Magician show that shows how all the tricks are done, not the greatest and a lot of repeated dialogue, but meh, I don't mind.
I watched Deadliest Catch for a bit but got bored as it was the same shit over and over....same as Coal I suppose haha!

Back to TUF for a sec - we all kow Brocks wife is Sable from WWE...pretty fit, especially back in the day!

On the other hand, here is Junior Dos Santos' wife....

What the FUCK is he thinking!?
He is no oil painting, he's a world famous fighter, young, fit, and he's from Brazil, the home of stunningly fit women with bodies to die for....and he ends up with that!?

He can't be punch drunk already, unless he popped her a few kids and is now stuck?

    Wife = FAIL!

Who knows mate... she might be very 'talented' in ways that only he knows!

Besides, when the lights are off they all look the same.

As you say the two are very different sports. The only real similarity is the one-on-one fight formula.
That guy was/is shot to shit anyway, id like to see ANY mma fighter in the ring and i will guarantee a straight ko for the boxer i.e. roy jones called out anderson silva and heard fuck all back!!!. But as you say the 2 sports cannot be compared due to them both being vastly different.

Boxing is struggling cos they have so many champs per division i.e. wbc, wba, wbo, ibf and then you even get the lesser known wbu, ibo, iba and wbf. mainly the first 4 are considered the main belts but mma is the same as you have pride/ufc/strikeforce/cagerage etc etc and you dont get the likes of fedor fighting lesnar which is a real shame.

Back to ufc, i love it cos the guys fight one another and the events are built with hype and the shows almost always deliver! but as soon as the 2 guys get on the floor and cuddling each other i struggle to watch it, give me you chuck liddells and rampage jacksons anyday of the week...

Finally Silva is just too big for G.S.P and id choose him to win on points

GSP may be bulking up, but agree Silva will be too big for him genetically, no matter how much GSP bulks up.

It's now all about Anderson Silva v Jon 'Bones' Jones! - WOW!

I have to say tho that teep silva threw in his last fight was as unorthodox as jones soooooo all that said I've changed my mind lol, let's have silva step up, I think I have to agree green dragon that would be the fight of all fights
Jose Aldo is sick!! He is going through all the champions one by one. I was suprised when he beat Mike Brown. Faber stood his ground and endured the whole tormenting 5 rounds. He was pretty much Jose' punchbag for the whole fight. His leg was fucked. All at the age of 23 when it happened... amazing.

Well UFC 130 main card has been changed, Maynard Vs Edgar is off due to both being injured so Rampage Vs hamill will headline now, the fight for me on this card will be Big Country smashing Mr Mir whats your predictions chaps ?

@Magic, Mick Bowman is the lad from Wolfslair. UFC130 is one of the least interesting cards in a while for me. Big Country & Page to win, both by judges decisions.

@Fly, Aldo is immense. I see him holding the belt at least until 2013.

Anyone seen the card for Bamma? Well impressed.

Sometimes the crappier cards end up being the best fights.

I hear Brock has pulled out of his fight with Dos Santos in UFC 131.... apparently he has the same 'tummy troubles'. lol. Big girls blouse if you ask me! He's supposed to be a hard man fighter FFS!
Shane Carwin was taking Brocks place it seems, but even he is now doubtful according to my Facebook sources.

Back to UFC 130... I reckon Mir will submit Big Country in round 1.

Good to see my mate Clay Guida back in the cage on June 4th at the TUF finale. - Love that guy!

Dan Hardy is a good fighter mate! He fought for the UFC welterweight title quite recently. He lost, but lost (on a decision) to possibly the best welterweight MMA fighter in the world! He fights again soon (Aug 14th) against another UFC veteran Chris Lytle.
I enjoy watching Dan fight, he's a top kick/thai boxer.... shame about his ground game tho', but the Yanks will always have a better ground game than us Brits.

Hmmm, its often said Grub, but I think as a nation we have a better sub game, i just think we don't have the opportunity to familiarise ourselves with wrestling to the degree they do over there. UK strikers often get dominated on the ground, but not that often subbed. And I think it is just a UK m.o to keep it standing, there are plenty of submission artists in the UK.

Have you seen Big Country in grappling tournaments? Mate, he's suprisingly agile and keep going. I know he looked a bit slothlike against JDS, but he was getting paggered. Lol.

    Guida rocks too.

And Cock Chestnar... well, if he's ill he's ill. I really really don't rate him as a mixed martial artist anyhoo, Its time for the Reem to come in and clear the division up anyway, haha.

I fuckin love UFC & all MMA, my fav fighters are Chuck Liddell, Micheal Bisping and Dan Hardy. A very close mate of mine has been the CFC champion, and a-lot of my mates train and fight, I'm also a Purple Belt in Shotokan Karate(from when a kid) and a red belt in Teakwondo, bit too old to fight now-a-days but if MMA was about more when I was younger I would of, I've fought prize fights though, more bareknuckle street fighting than Martial arts(in barns, warehouses, fields, yards, pubs/basements where-ever) last one was about 4/5 yrs ago.
The left side of my face has the scars/injuries, my nose bends over to the right, but only got 1 or 2 small scars on the right side, around my lips, think its cos the people I've usually fought were orthodox fighters so hit harder with their right.

Love watching UFC but I don't ave Sky, jst digital so I only get it on CH5, its usually old events and they never give u any warning its on, and its on at different times on diff days, so I'm lucky when I find it, twats!

I download or watch online as much as possible, still wish I ad Spike/ESPN though

Yep bamma 6 looks a good card, and Mick bowman had a shocker in there, he's alot better than that.

And aldo had a tuff war in his last fight he blamed the wieght cut for him gassing but he should be used to it now

Yeah Mick did himself no justice really, its a shame.

BAMMA 6 is gona be insane, I predict the death of "Twinkle Toes". Lol.

Apparently Aldo also had a knackered foot (read this in a Leo Santos interview in his warm up to BAMMA 6 fight as they trained together), but if you saw the UFC's champions presser, Aldo looked like a Zombie n had to leave early, so no doubt it wasn't his easiest weight cut, but you're right, at that level it shouldn't be a problem.

I'm with you mate on Chuck and Dan, but Bisping.... Acht..Can't abide that bloke I'm afraid. I'll give him his dues, he's not a bad fighter and for sure has a place in the UFC for some time yet, but the guy is a complete knob and so far up his own arse it aint true! The best fight I ever saw him in was against Dan Henderson... before the fight he was giving it the big 'I AM' and all his usual crap. When Dan knocked him out and he lay on the floor for ages twitching and having spasms I was up out my chair laughing like a man possessed. God that was funny!

Mate, I'm the same, no ESPN or Spike... Thank god for downloads is all I can say.

Lol that made me laugh about Bisping, yeah I know exactly what u mean, the main reason I like him is cos I knew of him b4 he went to the 'Ultimate fighter3' comin from a similar area. I watched that series 3, 100% rooting for Bisping and in the end he won the Light Heavy weight div and the UFC contract, so since then I've followed him pretty closely.

Dan Hardy is defo a likeable dude, he's sound as pound, I follow him on Twitter an he follows me.

Yeah that FB app you've mentioned 'UFC Undisputed FNG', I play it too, only found it a week or so ago, I'm level 17 at mo, will be able to fight the 1st BJ Penn soon Love that game, the 'Elite Camp' moves are class, lol.
