Growing a auto flower at the moment. I was on 12/12 then was advised to give more light so I changed and the plant went back into veg. So what ever you do, pick a cycle and stick with it. 12/12 is fine by the way.
hmmm..... got me worried now, im 40 days in with my autos, flowering nicely, budding up well, I've been using 20/4 so far and was thinking of switching to full 24 hour light now to help buds develop, I figure I've got a nice root structure and whatnot now as they are standing strong.....

Whats the deal with that, will it go back to veg or otherwise fuck up if I switch to full 24 hours now?

    Much Love.

no, autos can never ever go back into veg whateva light you give them, they will start flowering under anylight cycle, they start flowering due to their age and not a photoperiod. so even if u put ur lights on 24 hours they will not reveg.

This is my plant diary for lowlife lemon skunk. And it auto flowered with out changing my times.

and this is what happened when I changed my cycle for a longer light period.

I've put it back to 12/12 now and it's budding again. I'm no expert but people saying it's impossible for it to go back into veg is talking shite. Mine honestly did.

    No it wasn't.

You started off with the lights on for 14/15 hours a day, many regular plants will flower with that light time table, when you introduced more hours of light it went back to veg - as a regular plant would do. It wasn't an auto as the change of light would have made no difference.

i try my hardest not to talk shite but if your plant was effected by the photoperiod to change from veg to flower or vice versa it was not an autoflowering plant...........whatever it said on the packet or whatever you say......do some reading before you call ''shite''.
google ''ruderalis''.the seeds you have were either not packed correctly or they are a poor attempt at creating a autoflowering strain.
