I've moved this thread to the Infirmary mate where you should get a better response.
Photo's and full details of your grow will help to figure out your problem.

Thanks mate, im new to this.
I have the white widow under a 125W flourescent bulb about 6-8 inches away. The temperature is about 24/25C in the day and about 18/20C at night. Im using coco professional + soil and i have been watering them every 3/4 days with plain water without nutrients. I have Canna Coco A + B but im not sure when i should start using them. The leaves at the bottom of the plants are a yellow/brown colour and i dont know if its something that im doing wrong????
Help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ok, you need to get that light closer to the plants first mate, else they will stretch to buggery.
What size pots are they in and when did you last repot?
They are in 11L pots and i put them in these after about 1 1/2 weeks
Have you started feeding yet? If not it sounds like you should start mate.
As i've never used Canna Coco A & B i won't guess at what dosages you should be giving, i'll leave that down to someone who has used the products before.
Any thought's as to when you will be flowering?
I was going to start flowering when the widow were about 12-18 inches high? Is that about right???
Under a 125W mate the sooner the better really as they will continue to grow after you have changed the lights to 12/12.
If i were you i'd have a read through the Novice section about LST (low-stress training) else you'll have a very tall, spindly plant with very few bud sites at the bottom.
If you can add more light, even a few household CFL's it will make a difference.
