    Default recycling

My next grow is going to be a hempy bucket, and I was just wondering if you can reuse the perlite/vermicuite for other hempy bucket grows....and if so....how would this be done...

I know i can mix it with soil for future soil based grows.....but can you reuse the same grow medium in a hempy bucket ad infinitum...

any suggestions or ideas would be welcome

    I wouldn't bother.
Perlite disintegrates very easily and vermiculite presumably becomes spongy/sodden/rotten.

you can boil the perlite and use it again, bit of a pain in the ass but it can be done.... its cheap stuff so just get some new bags

I've only used perlite for a hempy bucket but I'm still using the same 10Ltr bag I bought last year, no problems with that.

I've always thought that perlite/vermicuite mixes couldn't/shouldn't be reused -don't ask me why, I think I may have read it?
