all i can describe it as is like a white/grey fuzz. some parts of the plant seem more affected than the other. You can rub it off but you can tell it has been there and it seems to be getting worse

Do You Spray The Plant With Water Containing Neutrients?
If So It Could Be The Water Evaporating Causing The Neutrient Residue To Stain The Leaves.

looks like downey mildew it effects veg and flowering plants,it developes in temps below 26oc.and below 50%humidity,if it is that apply serinade(bacillus subtilis)bordeux mixture is also effective.
