Reckon a 4 hour light cycle might do it but unsure to be fair as i have never done it

Random is probably better (more stressful). Perhaps try one of those security light timers that switches on and off at random intervals.

i could just change the timer daily to a random number then leave it on all day the off and shit like that, ok so othert han light any other ways? nice dz you getting some fems
