This really only applies to transplanting to coco

Depends on the size of the pot that the plant currently sits in, I've dropped plants up to about 1lt in soil straight into coco without any trouble.
Let the soil become fairly dry, roll the pot firmly between your hands and break up as much soil as possible without doing too much damage to the root system. Remove the plant from the pot and place it into a poly bag, start breaking down as much of the soil as you can next get a bucket and put the plant into it,run the shower on tepid and gently use that to get as much stuff off as possible.Once your done drop the plant into a coco pot and feed, i've ripped roots systems apart and within 7 days the plants are back to themselves.

Give me a rough idea of what your set up is and I can tell you what you need to do
You can pop them into hydro systems with ease so dont worry

This is my situation of the plant!! a small pot just to germinate and the hydro pot is about 1,5L. im just confused with one thing, after i remove the soil from the roots i have to spread them by the small balls? and im afraid that the roots are to small. is it a problem? forget the red words. its a photo i used in other post

Coco is a hydroponic medium (looks like soil but isn't) that you can grow plants in.

If you want a detailed explanation i suggest you try and put some information down
Ie current equipment or your prefered method of hydro?
You really dont need to muck about with the roots that will just stress the plant
You can add it to most hydro systems without mucking about with the roots
