i've done a couple of plants 12/12 in 2 litre pots, they turned out fine, just smaller.

i usually re-pot when the soil is mildly damp. if it's too dry the dirt can just crumble away and if it's too wet sometimes when you try to slide them out, some of the rootball sticks to the bottom and you end up breaking it.

So, with the plants being smaller, did this reduce the yield? I'm guessing so. Could you/did you need to harvest earlier than usual?

the length of flowering is just the same, about 3-4 weeks from seed they'll start to flower so you shave a bit of time there. the yields arent great but its good for small spaces n that.

What i would do in your case mate... Firstly put about 2/3L of fresh soil in the bottom of your new pot, then with the help of a 2nd person carefully lift the plant out of the 10L pot and gently tap off any loose/unattached soil from the root ball. When you've got rid of some of the stale soil put the plant into it's new pot and add more soil until it's nice and full. Finally, give it a good watering.

That's just the way i'd do it mate.

You must have a monster of a plant going on there mate if a 10L pot is not big enough!
